SHIPPING POLICY

Ship to designated address (Hong Kong)

Hong Kong delivery fee:

Members must pay the full cost of delivery. Delivery service is limited to the industrial, commercial and residential areas of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Delivery service is not applicable to areas that cannot be reached by trucks, border restricted areas, remote areas and islands district (including Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, airport and other areas); if there is no elevator at the delivery location, the goods will be delivered on the ground, and the surcharge should be paid directly to the delivery staff.

Hong Kong shipping rate:

-First 1kg shipping rate: HK$30

-Additional shipping rate per 1kg: HK$14

-From 10kg or above, flat shipping rate: HK$170

*Valuable item, such as art toy, the freight fee may vary.

Hong Kong delivery time:

The goods may be sent on different days according to different quantities and amounts. The delivery time should be within 7+ working days.

Hong Kong delivery arrangements:

Delivery time is generally from 10:30 am to 16:30 pm from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Customer service will contact you before the delivery.

  

Ship to designated address (overseas)

Overseas delivery costs:

Members must pay the full cost of overseas delivery.

 

Overseas shipping rate:

Please contact customer service for a quote.

Overseas delivery time:

The goods may be sent on different days according to different quantities and amounts. The delivery time should be within 14+ working days, and there may be delays due to customs clearance.

 

The postal charges, import and export regulations for delivery services in Mainland China or overseas are different. Please check with the relevant authorities before shopping. If anything happens during the postal process that causes the products to be detained, confiscated or returned by the relevant authorities, the company is not responsible.

 

-In accordance with the service terms of the delivery company, the company reserves the right to modify the delivery price and delivery schedule at any time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

RETURN POLICY

1. Negotiate returns

SOGHK only accepts replacement of damaged items, exclude blind boxes, particular products and gifts, and only exchange for same product. The gifts and membership points must also be returned during the process . Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Each invoice only provides one return service. If there are special circumstances, please contact the customer service center immediately to follow up. If it exceeds 7 days, it will not be accepted.

 

2. Damaged goods

If you receive damaged goods, please contact the customer service center to appeal within 7 days, and the customer service center will follow up as soon as possible. If it exceeds 7 days, it will not be accepted.

 

3. Postage disputes

In case of postage disputes, please refer to the delivery service terms.

 

4. Successful return

If the return is confirmed by the customer service center, please contact the courier company to return the items. The shipping cost shall be paid by the customer. The amount of the items will be returned to the customer's payment procedure according to the refund policy of the payment procedure.

 

-SOGHK reserves the right to reject all unreasonable exchange and return requests, and reserves the right to modify all deliver & return policies without prior notice. We apologize for the inconvenience.
